These straps are built to last. Might possibly outlast the guitar! These are very comfortable and made to withstand years of use!
This would be the 4th Italia Strap that I’ve purchased over the past year. Previous two were for my Les Pauls, 4” straps, which took a little while to get used to their size. Now, they fit like a glove and really disperse the weight. Then I just bought(2) 2.5” straps for my SG’s. Since they are much lighter than LP’s, these smaller width makes sense. These also help with SG neck dive as my SGs stay put on my shoulder now. For the price and quality, these straps cannot be beat.

My fourth strap from these guy's, I'm probably ordering another as I just love the softness and smell of the leather. Love em!!
Best straps going, my second of many more. The cream and tan strap pairs perfectly with my GL Fullerton Legacy blonde. A must to protect and secure your instruments. Viva Italia!
strap was amazing! doesn’t wrinkle like others. back if very comfortable, lightweight, and durable!
Cindi - thanks for the great service and great strap. Love the black leather with red appointments - goes perfectly with my red Kauer Banshee guitar.
Strongly recommended!!
This strap is perfect for my electric 12 string. It is sturdy enough to support the over sized headstock but is still super comfortable. The looks are 2nd to none.
I bought the vintage blues II for my Sadowsky bass guitar and the vintage country for my Gibson Acoustic. Man they look great!! If you’re gonna spend good money on a nice guitar, why not spend that same, good money ona nice strap to keep it safe and looking great as you wear it.
This strap was purchased for an acoustic and it looks and feels great! We had to enlarge the hole for the bottom button since the button on my guitar is one of those input combo buttons. Maybe thats something to ask about when purchasing. Either way, will be happy to purchase again.
I love the two-tone style of this strap, and the quality of both the materials and workmanship is impressive. For made-to-order items, delivery time was also great. Great range of adjustability from tight up to low slung. Plus, there's something about the smell of fresh, well -tanned leather. Definitely worth the investment.
Never have I ever had a bad experience with italia straps
Even a 5 Kilo (11lbs)-Bass can be played for more than 2 Hours without breaking your back... NICE
love leather straps
Everything is great about this strap. The softness\suppleness of the leather is fantastic. The only caveat I would mention to potential customers…and something I will absolutely consider the next time is that I will order the LONGER strap.
I am quite tall…but the standard length is quite close to being too short for me.
Next time, I am paying the extra amount and getting the longer strap.
Other than that caveat, the straps are fantastic.
Simply the best leather straps you will ever find.
Wish I had discovered these guys sooner
Top notch quality in every way…
If the smell of these straps when you open the package isn’t enough, you will like the quality of them, I promise.
My favorite strap! The quality is tops and very comfortable
I bought my first couple of Italia Straps in 2006 on e-bay. They have been my go to ever since. These truly are straps for life. Since (mostly) shifting from guitar to bass, I really appreciate how the 4" straps spread the weight on my shoulder and they tend to stay in place, although I don't have instruments with neck dive issues. I bought the strap featured in this review specifically for the Sterling (by MM) SUB Stingray 5HH pictured here. The Black and Cognac really looks good on it. The leather is so substantial and yet, incredibly supple. I generally use the 4" straps on my basses due to the weight, but I decided to use a 2.5" Rossa/Black strap for my Fender MIM 2021 75th Anniversary Player Jazz Bass and it works great on this somewhat lighter instrument. When I purchased my Washburn Force 4 ABT bass on e-bay in 2006, I bought a 4" Suede Italia Strap for it and they have been together ever since. I would definitely consider getting another suede strap if they were ever available again.
You will find these to be the best quality and easiest on your shoulders.
Extremely soft.
No regrets!

I have bought a few 4” Italia straps over the years and am very happy with them. Comfortable, durable and I like the look/the shape/how the leather is cut. :D
These straps are very comfortable and durable. I absolutely love them. I have 2, both on Hamer 12 strings. They look great. And what can I say they’re Italian!
I purchased my first Italiastrap about 4 years ago. Since then I have ordered a strap for every bass I use playing live. That’s 6 straps total. At this point I won’t use a different brand. When I buy a new instrument, I also buy a new Italiastrap!
